Stresa and Verbania Pallanza.<\/p><p>Inside are the <strong>Borromean islands<\/strong>, Isola Bella, Isola dei Pescatori and Isola Madre. When on the island of San Giovanni the red and blue flag of the family flies, passing nearby you could meet Lavinia Borromeo with her husband John Elkann married in 2004 on the Mother Island, or
